Help Wanted

I am looking for a total clan face lift, I’m going to need your help to do it, Below is a list of positions I’m looking for, without you our clan will fail, These positions are important and require real attention not casual gamers, If that’s not you don’t apply.

Positions!

1. Officers – Rank 4 and Rank 5 are open

Requirements:
Officers are required to run tournaments, and participate on the forums double the standard requirement for members. 2 day’s online for members 4 day’s online for officers, Check forums no less then 3 times per week for members check forums daily or as close to daily as possible for officers.

A standard officer is expected to be good with people and aid in mediation with problems delegating their authority and providing both positive feed back and negative feed back in the officers section

Officers are required to vote on all incoming applications and participate in any event possible.

Officers are expected to hold themselves to a higher standard, following the rules of the game and being an example to the other members within the clan.

Officers are expected to run training, and contact Redfren and or other officers within the clan when needed either by phone or email mail staying up to date on all current events.

Officers are required to follow orders handed down by myself and or other officers of higher status, “I.E. please run clan meeting on Monday”

Benefits:
Valor is provided to each officer that valor can be used anyway the officer see’s fit,
Officers are made moderators over main sections of the forums allowing them to edit and or remove post as needed
Officers are made mods over the chat room allowing them to control what the chat room is showing
Officers have the ability to create and or run matches and tournaments
Officers can review and see all contracts from sponsorships and other sensitive materials regarding the clans heart.
Officers are paid cash through paypal, this is a bi-weekly and or month paycheck the amount is based on your officer rank and or position.

2. Clan Representative & Admin

Requirements:
Admins bridge the gap between Officers and Members; Admins monitor and maintain both the forums and the flow of Officers interaction with members.

Admins are required to maintain a constant status on the forums logging on whenever possible.

Forums are to be moderated and controlled any profanity and or inappropriate behavior is to be corrected,

Admins have access to the Admin section which reviews and monitors the officers of the clan

Admins can edit and add new members to the clan through the forums, Admins have total access to everything in the forums including scrolling news and groups.

Admins are to monitor tournaments and or events they are to watch the behavior of officers in clan matches and assure that all rules are being followed. “I.E. an officer screaming at a member that they are stupid and should just quit” This officer should be reported in the admins section and all officers rights should be removed until properly reviewed by standing admin and Redfren.

Admins are not officers they are representatives for the members, meaning they should be prepared to speak with members building a trust value so that members know they can speak comfortably to admins without fear of retaliation.

Admins cannot control member that is the job of an officer, however admins can review a members punishment and remove that punishment if it is determined the officer was no valid in the situation.

3. Clan Reporters:
We are looking for members that enjoy writing.

A clan reporter should be willing to speak to other members

A clan reporter should stay in the know and participate often in any tournaments and clan events,

Clan reporters should monitor the status of the clan and keep members up to date on what’s going on “I.E. – We lost a lot of members of late however after speaking to Mu-Dib I was able to deduct that these members were removed for such and such reasons.”

Clan Reporters should enjoy what they do. Taking time in the writing of the news reports and clan news.
