The real dirigents of our nation are the world banks and the permanent person of the governemements: Example a general who is in charge is for the rest of is military carreer, so you can count on him for some info you woulndt give to normal ppl.But a prez is there (or a prime minister) for only 4 years (In principle)so do you tell him everything, OF COURSE NOT!!! you dont want him to turn is bck on you after is mandate.
