| Start earning the industry’s highest base commission rate plus added bonuses for performance. GameZone has the best catalog of games from all major publishers. Our games are playable on the PC and soon console titles for Wii, PlayStation, Nintendo DS, PSP and Xbox 360 will be available. GameZone offers dynamic merchandising meaning more hands-off if you choose. You focus on driving traffic and we focus on ensuring the best converting & newest titles are in front of your clan. We tried this sponsor before, however at that time they were PC only with no hope of showing any signs of conversation to the PS3 this little bit of information really changes things? What do you think.

| We have bigger and better offers that are out there for us, and these guys don't even 'fully' support the console that most of us play on. These guys would be better as an affiliate than a sponsor. | |

| Our sponsors have given us money, I spend it on things that better suit the needs of the clan, Such as best buy we are buying 10 gift cards with the money they gave us | |

| We need more information before we make our move. They obviously want us to do something to deserve their sponsorship, acting naive won't get us anywhere with them. | |

| Your misunderstanding, I have a 2 page contract offered from them I'm aware of what they want however I'm unable to publicly post that I will however post it in the officer's section if we decide to accept them, The question is would this be a company you would like to state sponsors us? | |

| Thanks for clarifying, I wouldn't know since one of the options asks for more information. As long as the contract isn't too bothersome on our end it would work out fine. | |

| Sponsorship is tricky they offer more then just your typicall relationship we give you money you give us nothing that's a sponsored event and trust me when I say we do not qualify for it.
Basicly how our sponsorship works is simple.
1. The more hits to their site aka leads they get the more they offer incressing our over all impressions rate.
2. If someone buys something from them and were brought to that site from us again we recive higher impressions and bonus funds.
3. a good relationship with our sponsor "like bestbuy and nvidia" means that the sponsor allows us to use their banners and provides us with correct banners and or images that we can legally use with permission, In addition they provide sponsored events, links, deals, funding, and so on.
4. Contracts typically contain several main items that almost never change. 1 we cannot represent ourselves as that company. 2. We are sponsored as a clan and cannot represent the sponsorship as a single person aka "I am sponsored by so and so" 3. We cannot mislead or undermind their name or what they represent aka "this so and so company sucks" 4. We must maintain an image which our sponsorship approves ie porn adult content, profanity, degrading or rude like behavior, anything that say's we shouldn't be sponsored more or less we shouldn't do.
These are the main things that sponsors require, there are more and they are more complicated for exsample best buy has a massive amount of requirments and by far is our most complicated contract. But over all in the end that brakes down the basics of them.
Some company's require that we hold them as a sponsor for no less then blank amount of time, They do this so that we don't drop them when they don't provide the promised funding and so forth.
It's fun to see how people and company's want us to represent them, that's in the end what sponsorship is a company is asking you to represent them to your members and guest.
Should we take them as a sponsor? not if you don't want to, it does mean more work, it does mean that we will and might have to add new rules, it means that there are alot of things that can and will present themselves to which we are not use to. Still it could also mean more funding.
So what are you views on this? | |

| Once again, I say no. It will require more work on our part to keep ANOTHER sponsor happy, a sponsor that really doesn't have an interest in our community and one I've never heard of. Nvidia and Bestbuy are two big sponsors, two that are very common and popular, and I think if we get another sponsor along these lines, it will increase our reputation more, and it will actually be worth the extra effort.
But once again, thats just my $.02

| Well if Redfren can negotiate a contract deal that lowers expectations for both sides to a point that everyone's happy. | |
